Board of Directors

David Vozick – David Vozick has served as chairman of our board of directors, secretary, treasurer and co-chief executive officer, as well as one of our directors, since our formation in 1978. He was one of our original co-founders. Mr. Vozick is a cousin of Donald Rabinovitch.

Donald Rabinovitch – Donald Rabinovitch has served as our president and co-chief executive officer, as well as one of our directors, since our formation in 1978. He was one of our original co-founders. Mr. Rabinovitch is a cousin of David Vozick.

Robert A. Blatt – Robert A. Blatt has been Vice President of MTR Gaming Group Inc. since February 1999 and serves as its Assistant Secretary. Mr. Blatt serves as Assistant Secretary of Mountaineer Park. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of New England National L.L.C. ("NEN"). Since 1979 he has been Chairman and majority owner of CRC Group Inc., and related entities, a developer, owner, and operator of shopping centers and other commercial properties, and since 1985, a member (seat owner) of the New York Stock Exchange Inc. Mr. Blatt has been a Director of AFP Imaging Corp., since 1995.

Jack Becker – Jack Becker is a principal of Snow Becker Krauss P.C. and general counsel to AFP Imaging Corp. Mr. Becker has been a practicing attorney in New York State since 1960. He has been a Director of AFP Imaging Corp., since 1997.
